How to Save Chilli Seeds

Choose a healthy, ripe pepper from your most robust plant.

Wear gloves! Cut open the pepper and scrape the seeds onto a paper towel.

Spread the seeds out and let them air dry for at least a week in a cool, dark place.

Store the completely dry seeds in a labeled paper envelope in a cool, dark, and dry location.
